Policies

1. All electrical parts are non-returnable.
2. All special order parts are non-returnable.
3. All special order parts must be pre-paid.
4. All parts that are returned will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee.
5. All parts that are ordered and are left here for more than 15 days will be put back into stock or returned to the manufacturer.
6. All equipment dropped off for repair will be charged a non-refundable estimate fee. This fee will go towards the final cost of your bill. If you do not have your machine repaired, but decide to buy a new piece of equipment from us. We will then allow you to apply the estimate fee towards the serialized product you are buying from us.
7. Unless that it is estimated that your bill will exceed $125.00, we will not call the customer with an estimate before fixing your machine, unless otherwise stated by customer.
