Policies
- All electrical parts are non-returnable.
- All special order parts are non-returnable.
- All special order parts must be pre-paid.
- All parts that are returned will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee.
- All parts that are ordered and are left here for more than 30 days will be put back into stock or returned to the manufacturer.
- Our Labor Rate is $100.00/hour. Unless otherwise stated.
- All 2-Cycle/Home Owner Walk mowers equipment dropped off for repair will be charged a $37.45 non-refundable estimate fee.
- All Home Owner/Commercial Riders/Walk mowers equipment dropped off for repair will be charged a $53.50 non-refundable estimate fee.
- This fee will go towards the final cost of your bill. If you do not have your machine repaired, but decide to buy a new piece of equipment from us. We will then allow you to apply the estimate fee towards the serialized product you are buying from us.
- Unless your repair will exceed $125.00, we will not call the customer with an estimate, before fixing your machine. Unless otherwise stated by customer at time of equipment drop off.
- Any equipment left after 28 days of first notification, will be assessed a $15.00 a month storage fee. which will be added to your total bill.
- No exceptions unless otherwise stated.
